28th March 2021 Windsurfing: Llanrhystud Wind Direction: SW / SSW Wind Stength: 20-35+mph Surf / Sea State: Wavey Air Temperature: 11 Sea Temperature: Weather: Dry Max Speed: Distance Covered: Cross shore and wasn't that strong to start so rigged 5.5m. Ok but a bit overpowered further out initially. Then the wind picked up so changed to smaller board and 4.5m sail. By then the wind had picked up even more so would have been more comfortable on 4m. Some nice waves to play in though at times hard to stay in control with the gusts. Stopped for a break when it went mental an Jon and Elliott stopped. When I went back out the wind settled down for the best part of the session. |
